Getting started
It is simple to set up your personal account and submit your Clinical case!
First of all, click on the button below marked 'Click here for your first connexion' and follow the steps:
1- Enter your email address. It will be used to log into your personal account each time you visit the website.
2- Create your password. Your password should be easy for you to remember, something personal and at least 8 characters long.
3- Enter your personal information. All boxes with * are mandatory information and you will not be able to save your details unless these are completed.
A summary of your account information will appear on the screen. To finalise the procedure, please be sure to click on 'Create Account', otherwise your information will not be saved.
Please remember your login name and password! You will need them later to log into the system after a decision has been made for your clinical case.
Information will be sent only to the « contact author », to the e-mail address registered on login. This is why we recommend you provide the contact details of the presenting author when creating your author account.
Submission guidelines
Before submitting your clinical case, thank you for paying attention to the following guidelines:

Only the PowerPoint format is accepted
- Please use the Powerpoint template that you can download by clicking on the following link:
MODEL.
- Your presentation should not contain more than
20 slides including 8 videos and 10 photos maximum
- Presentations must give a balanced view of therapeutic options. Use of generic names will contribute to this impartiality. If presentations include trade names, where available trade names from several companies should be used, not just trade names from a single company
- You will have to mention your conflicts of interest in the 1st slide of your presentation and announce them verbally to the audience at the beginning of your talk
- Selected authors must attend the "
Best Case Awards session" on the afternoon of 3 June.
Modifications
You can modify your clinical case until the submission deadline.
No changes to the case will be possible once the submission deadline has passed.

Selection
Clinical case will be considered for oral presentation or e-poster.
The Scientific Committee will make the final decision on the type of presentation.
Oral Presentation*: The presenting author agrees to present a lecture within a scientific session on occasion of the congress.
E-Poster*: The presenting author agrees to upload his electronic poster for publication on LINNC Online.
Results will be sent by email to the author who submitted the case.
Registration
The acceptance of an clinical case does not mean free-of-charge participation. Registration, travel and accommodation will remain at the charge of case presenters.
